These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, and services operated by Candia Studio LLC ("Candia Studio," "we," "us," or "our"), including candiastudio.com and the LawnNext application (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Services

You may use the Services only if you can form a binding contract with Candia Studio, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

2. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or their underlying systems.
• Do not misrepresent your identity or impersonate any person or entity.

3. Guidance, Not Professional Advice

LawnNext provides general lawn care guidance, including care scheduling and photo-based identification of weeds, diseases, and pests. This guidance is informational only and is not a substitute for advice from a certified applicator, agronomist, or other professional, particularly regarding the use of restricted-use pesticides or herbicides. Always read and follow product labels and comply with local regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their design, text, graphics, and underlying software, are owned by Candia Studio LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Services other than the limited right to use them as intended.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any identification or recommendation will be accurate for your specific circumstances.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Candia Studio LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of property, data, or lawn health, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

7. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
